I met Rebecca at an open house she was holding and although that home wasn't the one I ultimately chose to buy, it was a real find!  I was able to meet a professional, hardworking REALTOR® who was very knowledgeable about her "products," meaning the communities and all they had to offer in terms of properties and neighborhoods.

Once we settled on the home we wanted to buy, the gears really started turning!  She didn't stop until the keys were in our hands!  Most everyone knows there are hundreds of tasks that get underway once a house is in escrow – inspections, tons of documents, deadlines, HOA interaction, etc.,  are all part of the process.  Rebecca's follow-through was very impressive and I'd say we never once felt anything was troublesome or falling through the cracks.

The best part of our experience with Rebecca is that she is great with email!!  Since we were self-employed, we ran a pretty busy schedule and electronic correspondence was the best and fastest way for us to communicate.  I don't think I ever waited more than an hour for a reply, with most coming within minutes.

Lastly, I'd like to comment on her ability to negotiate.  Whatever the deal may be, she will present it in the best possible light and will be assertive enough to present your offer with all its strongest points standing tall!  When necessary, she will make sure she is informed enough of any other offers that may be involved and find out what it will take to win the deal!

I've many a good reason for my long-standing loathing of REALTORS®.

But…I've just had a most remarkable buying experience that caused a 180 degree shift in that attitude, at least regarding one extraordinary REALTOR®, and genuinely good human being: Rebecca Wolf Arnold.  With each meeting, phone call, or e-communique, I came away with an almost stunned disbelief at my good fortune…I have a good REALTOR®!
